FITT Camp is a mixture of circuit training and bootcamp. It’s a fun way to get fit, stronger and lose weight!

  • Wednesday – 6:30pm
  • Saturday – 9:00am

£5 per person

Small group classes

Focus on getting stronger, fitter and moving better with up to 8 people to get a more personalised experienced and tailored coaching.

This is ideal for all ages (16+) and fitness levels.

  • Thursdays – 6.00pm
