FITT Camp is a mixture of circuit training and bootcamp. It’s a fun way to get fit, stronger and lose weight!

  • Wednesday – 9:30am
  • Saturday – 9:00am

Early morning High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class to help you start the day right. HIIT is an intense 30 minute class which is a great way to burn calories and get fit to help reach your weight loss goals.

  • Monday – 6:30am
  • Thursday – 6:30am

Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning class covers everything from improving core lift techniques to strongman/strongwomen. We’re very proud our range of strongman/strongwomen equipment to help you achieve your best in competition or personal goals.

FITT to Lift (11-15 year olds)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 4:45pm, FITT to Lift is designed to teach teenagers how to lift safely and get them active. My concern today is technology is playing a big factor in a teenagers life. I want to get them physically active, strong and enjoying exercise
